One Man's Odyssey into 'Eat, Pray, Love' - Features - World Hum OMG! What a wonderful piece! Although I LOVED the book, 'Eat, Pray, Love' and read it 4 times, I still get where Rolf is coming from in his essay about a man's view of the best seller. I've also found a new Travel Writer to follow with a capital F. Potts writes and sounds like some of my Outside Magazine writer heros who write so well they make me want to squall.
Seriously, Potts is a writer of this caliber, I'm putting him up there with my fave, Tim Cahill, without whome I might never have heard of Rolf Potts.
See, I was looking for Tim and Googled him, and found a compiliation of writer's Potts put together, and in finding Tim, I read Rolf's essay and... I know I sound like a travel writer slut-puppy, but just shut up and read the essay.
