Welcome to RealEstateCoach.com
Sifting through my inbox this morning and a little clicky-clicky web browsing was in order and low and behold, I found The Real Estate Coach. I actually printed one of Bernice's articles for future reference: the one on first time home buyers from her blog. I don't usually do this, but it's a GOOD article. I'll be filing it with my workshop material. It's given me the idea to categorize the sorts of markets that are available, to outline a program to meet the needs of the buyer's market you're working and to create different strategies for dealing with the different sorts of clients.
And while I'm at it: Some clients are A: they want things short and sweet, they like bullets. Other clients are B: they want the information readily available, but they want to skim. C: many readers are detailed oriented, they will read each word as if they're editors -- and they are editors -- they're looking very closely to see if they want to work with you.
So write for every possible scenario. Watch your P's and Q's and run the spell check. You never know who is reading your marketing material.
