When an Agent's Been Archived in AMS

I just found and activated an agent that had been archived. You just do a search from the Accounts tab, making sure that Archived is selected in the Status pull-down menu in the search criteria. Click search. When the search results come up, put a check mark beside the agent's name and select Activate in the pull-down menu at the top of the search results that says "perform this action". Account managers please.
