For years, real estate practitioners have complained about
having to upload their listings into multiple MLSs and into multiple platforms.
The National Association of Realtors, NAR has heard those complaints and an
answer to the problem is in the works, enter UPSTREAM™.
Listing agents will be able to enter data once, select where
they want to share it, multiple MLSs, multi-media platforms… and share with the
click of a button. This is made possible with the NAR RPR® initiative that your
board, the Rutherford County MLS, joined last year.
The UPSTREAM platform is being set up in collaboration with
real estate franchises, MLS providers and NAR to smooth the way to a one stop
service for REALTORS® only.
